These are a Few of my Favorite Things : January

It’s hard to believe that we are already a month into 2021! I used to do these monthly blog posts rounding up all of my monthly favorites and I’ve decided to bring it back for the new year. Keep reading to see what I’m loving this month!

Universal Thread Sneakers

I am obsessed with Target’s Universal Thread sneakers and this latest pair of white, leopard, and pink ones are probably my all time favorite! The best part…they’re only $25.00!! I’ve linked them here!

90 degree by reflex leggings

I’ve been wearing these leggings for years but with working from home, I’ve been washing and wearing the same five pairs every week. I love this teal pair shown below! They come in so many different colors and they’re usually under $30. Great quality, high waisted and not see through at all, plus, they have pockets on the sides! I’ve linked them here!!

New Starbucks Drink

I discovered this drink on TikTok and it’s safe to say that I get it at least once a week. Beware that getting a venti of this drink is a little splurge…I’m still working through all of my Christmas giftcards! It’s a venti iced white mocha with vanilla sweet cream cold foam, cinnamon dolce syrup, and caramel drizzle! SO GOOD.

madewell bandanas

I’ve talked about these bandanas several times but I love putting one on my purse as a little accessory. I’ve linked my favorite here - they have so many colors and I own a bunch of them! They work well in your hair or on your bag.

Pink House Slippers

These slippers are so comfy and have been so great, especially when working from home! They’re so cozy for around the house but I can also throw them on when going to grab the mail or let’s be real, going to the drive thru for a venti iced coffee or a mcdonald’s coke. Here’s the link to the ones that I got for Christmas! They have several different colors available.

wrapping paper organizer

When I purchased this, I really thought to myself “is this what adulting is like” because I was SO EXCITED. This organizer holds wrapping paper, gift tags, bags, tissue paper, tape, ribbon and more. It slides underneath my bed and can hold all of my holiday and birthday wrapping supplies. So easy and convenient! I’ve linked three color options here - I purchased the grey with snowflakes!

east olivia flowers

These “forever flowers” were at the top of my Christmas list because they are so beautiful. I love having flowers in my room and these dried and preserved flower bouquets are stunning - be sure to check out the East Olivia Instagram to see some of their incredible floral installations. polaroid camera

I know I’m totally late to the game but I got a polaroid camera for Christmas and I’ve been loving it. Not only does it look so cute displayed, but I love taking photos and putting them in my bullet journal. Of course, I purchased the pink one but there are several others colors that are linked here as well!

january book list

I’ve been working on reading more often instead of scrolling through TikTok (lol). Below are my recent reads and links to find them!

  1. This Time Next Year: Such an easy and quick read! I finished this one in a day and would definitely recommend it if you like lighthearted romantic books. It was a Good Morning America Book Club Pick! I found my copy at Barnes and Noble but I’ve linked it here on Amazon!

  2. Slammed: I’m a huge fan of this author and this one didn’t disappoint. It’s part of a series and I’ve read the first and second and am part way through the third. The twist in this one had me totally shocked! I love Colleen Hoover’s books because they usually have a love story but there’s also other storylines happening at the same time. I’ve linked the first one here on Amazon! The second one, titled Point of Retreat, can be found here!

  3. In Five Years: I’m currently reading this one and it’s pretty good!! It’s a New York Times Bestseller and was also a Good Morning America Book Club Pick. This one seems a little more heavy than This Time Next Year but it is still good nonetheless! I’ve linked it here on Amazon!

button-front quilted jacket

I’ve been searching for a cute, stylish jacket for months now and this is the perfect one! When I saw that it was back in stock, I ran to Target and got the last one. Definitely recommend it! The jacket comes in two colors but I chose the beige one and I’ve linked both here.
